A Commissioner that you can be PROUD of!

VISION &
PRIORITIES
Ron Kezeske’s vision for Collier County is rooted in common sense, community, and accountability. He believes good government starts with listening to the people it serves and making decisions that reflect their values — not special interests. Ron is focused on strengthening our infrastructure, protecting our neighborhoods, and ensuring every tax dollar is spent wisely. His priorities are simple: build a stronger, safer, and more sustainable Collier County that future generations will be proud to call home.
01
LISTENING
TO THE PEOPLE
Ron believes leadership starts with listening. He’s committed to being visible, accessible, and responsive — not just during election season, but every day as your Commissioner. From neighborhood meetings to community events, Ron will always take the time to hear your concerns and turn local voices into local action. Because government works best when it listens first.
02
PRIORITIZING
INFRASTRUCTURE
Collier County deserves smart, long-term investments in the roads, drainage, and infrastructure that keep our community strong. Ron will work to address traffic challenges, manage stormwater responsibly, and ensure taxpayer dollars are used efficiently — focusing on solutions that protect property values, reduce long-term costs, and prepare Collier for future growth.
03
FISCAL
CONSERVATIVE
LEADERSHIP
As a lifelong entrepreneur and proven civic leader, Ron knows how to balance a budget and make every dollar count. He’ll bring those same principles to county government — keeping taxes low, cutting waste, and making responsible decisions that sustain Collier’s success for generations to come. Fiscal discipline today means a stronger, more secure tomorrow.

MEET RON
Ron Kezeske is a successful entrepreneur, dedicated public servant, and long-time advocate for strengthening Florida communities through hard work, principled leadership, and civic engagement. Born and raised in Stevens Point, Wisconsin, Ron was instilled early on with the values of grit, discipline, and personal responsibility. He began his first job at just 13, washing dishes in a local restaurant, and quickly worked his way up to managing a local electronics store and serving as Work Director at Associated Banc Corp before the age of 22.
While earning his bachelor’s degree at the University of Wisconsin–Stevens Point, Ron launched his first business at just 20 years old—an early signal of the entrepreneurial spirit that would go on to define his career. After graduation, he moved to Naples, Florida, to attend Ave Maria School of Law, where he pursued his passion for law, leadership, and community service.
In 2011, Ron married his middle school sweetheart, Aschley. That same year, he co-founded National RE/Group, Inc., a real estate investment firm managing millions of dollars in assets. Together, Ron and Aschley built Ruffgers Dog University, a thriving multi-location pet resort that now employs more than 60 people across Florida. Through these ventures, Ron has demonstrated the value of small business in driving local job creation and economic growth while remaining deeply committed to serving others.
Ron’s dedication to Collier County extends far beyond the private sector. Over the past decade, he has served in numerous civic and leadership roles that reflect his commitment to public service, fiscal responsibility, and conservative values. As a longtime member and former chairman of the Collier County Republican Executive Committee, Ron has helped strengthen the local Republican Party and expand grassroots involvement. He is also a member and President-Elect of the Naples North Rotary Club, where he was named Rookie of the Year in 2015–2016. His involvement with the Collier County Men’s Republican Club, the Collier County Teenage Republicans—where he received the Outstanding Advisor Award from the Florida Federation of Teenage Republicans—and the Naples Jaycees, where he served as president, vice president, and refounding member, all reflect his lifelong belief in leadership through service.
Ron is also a proud member of Leadership Florida Connect Class 15 and graduate of Associate Leadership Collier Class of 2015. His passion for civic engagement led him to serve in key county advisory roles, including the Bayshore/Gateway Triangle CRA Board, Collier County Productivity Committee, Code Enforcement Board, and Public Safety Authority. He also served on the Constitution Project and Charity for Change boards and was a member and past Chairman of the Collier County Sales Surtax Oversight Committee, where he has helped ensure taxpayer dollars are managed responsibly and transparently.
Beyond politics and public service, Ron has remained an active community volunteer. He has served as Director of the Great Dock Canoe Races, a beloved 43-year-old Naples tradition, and is a lifetime member of the National Rifle Association. Through every venture, every boardroom, and every volunteer role, Ron has been guided by a singular mission: to inspire others and strengthen his community. Whether helping entrepreneurs realize their potential, growing a family-owned business, or serving the people of Collier County, Ron leads with integrity, humility, and purpose. Ron lives in Collier County with his wife, Aschley, their two children, Eleanore and Leonard, and their dog, Colin.
